We understand plans change. Please inform us as early as possible to modify or cancel your booking.
Cancellations made well before pickup are usually free of charge. Late cancellations after the vehicle has been dispatched may incur a nominal fee.
For long-distance and multi-day packages, advance amounts (if paid) may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on notice period and supplier commitments.
If the passenger is unreachable at the pickup point beyond a reasonable waiting time, the trip may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.
